I've seen that color on both on old classic VWs and ricer Hondas.

Like Gumby-green, it's an eye-catcher because you rarely see those colors, but they are odd looking and I wouldn't want to live with them.

FWIW, I believe that this color is resulting from an improper exposure of the camera. As is apparent, there is far too much blue in this pic. Not nearly enough green. The color of this Ferrari is more than likely their standard yellow.
