Looks like he hit or drove over a rock.That tube needs to be properly replaced by someone with the the skill and a frame machine.If it were cheap and simple the seller would have had it done already.I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole unless it is frame checked for true and estimates are gotten for the repair.Not saying it can't be done properly but the cost sure should be deducted from the selling price.
