Hey guys,

I just went down with my buddy to look at a 96 that he wants to buy. The car was immaculate ( it just needed a wash). The only thing I noticed was that underneath the car ( passenger side) there was a slight dent from someone trying to jack up the car. I don't know if this will affect the car in any way. Here are a few pics I took. Except for this the car was awesome. Any advice will be appreciated.

It shouldn't be a big issue with the frame being true, but that doesn't exactly look like a jack did that - more like a curb.

Octane, I think Clint has a point my friend. Whatever it was, the "jack" story might just be jacking you off.... :gay: Seriously, that doesn't sound right when I looked at the picture, but if the numbers are good go for it but AFTER you get a car fax and take another Viper guy to inspect with you-4 eyes are always better than two IMO. Looks like he hit or drove over a rock.That tube needs to be properly replaced by someone with the the skill and a frame machine.If it were cheap and simple the seller would have had it done already.I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole unless it is frame checked for true and estimates are gotten for the repair.Not saying it can't be done properly but the cost sure should be deducted from the selling price.
