My headers came in today. What I would like to know is if I should use the Stage 8 locking header bolts that came with them. I won't be doing the install myself so I also would like to know what a fair price is to have them installed. Should I also use factory gaskets?

Those are good bolts. I wouldn't pay more than a couple hundred for the install if you aren't doing any welding. The gaskets depend on the headers. If they didn't come with new ones, you should be ok. The factory gaskets are metal, and I have reused them with no problems.
