Hi guys, it is posible to use a gen4 crank (side trigger) on a gen3 block?

I know the crank trigger is on the flywheel in my engine, so can I use the same flywheel and not to worry about el crank sensor reading? Or there is another difference ?

I'm building a spare engine and its hard or imposible to find a new gen3 crankshaft.

Yes, you can use the Gen4 crank in your engine. You'll have to use different flywheels bolts, SAE to Metric threads on the back of the different cranks.
