Wow the Enzo has an 11-99 foundation plate frame /images/graemlins/laughing.gif Anyone know if those things really work?
I know a few people that have them and they swear they work. Mainly out of speeding, or other somewhat minor infractions. But if you're driving an Enzo (daily by the way), then I doubt a speeding ticket is really going to be of much concern to you.FUSCUCLA1 said:Wow the Enzo has an 11-99 foundation plate frame /images/graemlins/laughing.gif Anyone know if those things really work?
Agreed! It actually depresses me to look at them. Knowing that I will never have one! /images/graemlins/bawlingCraig201MPH said:BTW enzo = WINNAR!!!

11-99 foundation is a CHP (Ca Highway Patrol) program that people donate to in order to get out of tickets basically. When you pay $1800 you get a plaque, a honarary badge and a license plate holder that says you have donated to the fund (which supports CHP and their families).

The wheels on the yellow RT are Fikse wheels. You can see a close up here - http://www.fikse.com/profil10.html
I like them too and they are a good alternative to HRE (which everyone seems to have now a days). As for the Murci's black rims, I must admit, they look better in person and I'm not even a fan of black rims (makes cars look like they have brake dust all over their rims /images/graemlins/laughing.gif). It would though look much better with polished rims though.
