Free Viper Product Evaluation wanted

Here is a free upgrade to someone on the ViperAlley.com website. Whoever is interested and has simple technical skills is eligible.

I offer my throttle body bore and polishing upgrade free to the first two people who contact me about performing this upgrade. What I want in return is your honest evaluation on the product evaluation page.

I need one GENI and one GENII evaluation.

There is the information. Typical removal time is 10-15 minutes. I can return ship the same day I receive them. Again, I am offering this service free to the first two people who contact me with a GENI or GENII Viper.

If these prove to make no gain or lose hp and tq will you take them back and supply unmodified stock ones on their place? :idea:

I have two GENII cores that are unmodified. If anyone wants to try this mod and does not truly like the gain, I will exchange the modified throttle bodies for their original unmodified core.

The only reason I have people send their stock throttle bodies first is that I perform all the labor of breaking them down, cleaning the parts, inspecting the TPS, performing the mods, Cleaning again, reassembly of the butterfly shaft, and setting the TPS. Most people cannot do this or care to. So it is part of the service I provide with the upgrade.

In over 100 throttle bodies I have done, I have never had one person say they were not happy with the modification. The only issues I have ever heard concerning throttle body installations were those where people had take a stock or modified stock throttle body off and replaced it with the larger Accufab parts. They just DO NOT work on a stock intake or truly unmodified CID Viper engine. They are too large for the stock intake and a resultant pressure loss is seen.

This is truly a simple service I can do that directly pays for my College Tuition. I pimp this service because it is a valuable addition to any car and allows me the freedom to have a flexible income and focus on school studies.

The only person who disagrees with this is Dean... but he has stock throttle bodies and wouldn't know first hand.

David modified the throttle bodies of my first GTS - he even brought them up to install in my car himself during our Viper photo shoot (gee, think the girls had anything to do with it?). The process took him about 15 minutes in my garage. I was happy with David's work and with the improve throttle bodies.

Hennessey used to charge $450.00 outright for this, then charge you a core charge of $250.00. He would then sell your throttle bodies for another $450.00. Do the math... he would get your cores for free, sell them outright and get more to sell. Great marketing!! /images/graemlins/headbang.gif

TNT charges almost $695.00 for these with an exchange!! Lately they just push the $895.00 Accufabs because they are an easier $500.00 profit and the shop that was doing their throttle bodies quit.

I used to charge $200.00 when I was machining them by hand on my lathe. Now I have a CNC program to do the machine work and it cut my time down to 45 minutes. I now charge $150.00 for the service, plus I return ship next day air which costs me an additional $25.00 to do. No one polishes them to a mirror finish as I do. Its just an add of extra for that truly finished look.

Its a true bargain and a real service you can feel the instant results with. Definite gain if you street race because you have a better control of the throttle when trying to hook up on radials.

Do not be falling for this conniving man's enticing "freebies". He is a bad bad man who has shamelessly thieved from and screwed many Viper owners doing "Tuna" work in the past. Long past which I am certain that most of you are not being remembering. As of late he has blasted onto the scene here with what amounts to a "charm offensive" hoping to lure in the unexpecting new "suckers" who are not being knowing of his true past.

This thiefey-man was a "Hennessey" before Hennessey was "Hennessey" ... If you are following me. He screwed many of my friends of old doing shoddy work, stealing deposits etc. Furthermore, he has never owned a Viper in his life. All pictures of him with Vipers are simply him absconding with customers' cars. He is notorious for taking a car that a customer leaves with him and driving it to Galveston for the weekend or worse racing it.

Have nothing to do with this bad bad man. Just say no to Osama Bin Wilks!

You have friends...? Who are they? I've read your spew of posts on this board and they are so insubstantial of content. Truly if you want to contribute, have half the knowledge about a car and report some facts. I offer a reasonable service for a reasonable rate. David...I will take your offer under these conditions...

You send me a check for the cost to replace my throttle bodies (parts)...new ones..not old worn out ones. I will deposit the money...wait for it to clear...

I will send you mine....perform your magic...you send them back...I install them...drive the car...I will send you the money back if there is no problems....otherwise...I keep the money, buy new ones and send my modified ones back to you.

If they improve the performance of my 96GTS with 10K miles... I will post it here and on every Viper site that the transaction was smooth and recommend the service to all.

How about this Toby...

I will send you the modified housings. You remove your butterflies, shafts and TPS sensor and install them. Report your findings and if you do not like it, ship my parts back to me freight collect.

I can walk you through the entire exchange, its pretty simple and only needs hand tools.
