Looks like Tony "ViperMad" wants it bad. I saw on morgue someone was trying to do a buy it now. Just thought would help a brother out and try to buy it but I need a car first anyway. Coming closer...we might find out something tomorrow

Does a 70 MM throttle body really make a difference ??

It's good for a 10-15 rear wheel horsepower increase throughout the RPM band. It also increases throttle response. It does not cause problems even in heavy traffic with too much throtle response. I also have the lightweight flywheel and the combination helps make it easier to drive my Viper both on the street and the track.

I just bid $2,700 and got zapped :-( Sounds good for a street snake, but I dunno, a bit apprehensive on getting it really.

Kenny, you and I have had some indirect discussions about this issue. First off, going from 60 to 70 TB does NOT increase horsepower (at least not in any typical driving conditions below 5,000 RPM). Secondly, It DOES make the accelerator more sensitive. If you enjoy it, that's great, but your giving misinformation suggesting that it does not. I have driven with the 70's and know many folks that do NOT find it as comfortable as you. You're not wrong, but you're not giving an unbiased opinion, which can be misleading. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

So sayeth City Snake - "Kenny, you and I have had some indirect discussions about this issue. So sayeth Kenny - "You're right, City Snake - my opinion was not unbiased. But I find it comfortable to me, which is probably where the bias comes from. So, before you bid on those 70 mm throttle bodies & etc. - ask yourself if you would want a touchy go-pedal in a Viper that has much more power than a stock Viper. It's not for everyone, but Kenny likes it."

His Ebay feedback is great, so I would not worry much on that. I'm a large volume Ebay seller myself, so I scoped him out and he seems ethical/honorable with his Ebaying. ;-)
