I have a dead 2003 Viper and could use help?? It has a new battery but appears to be dead.. can any one help??

With such a vague post how the hell do you expect anyone to help. You'll need to give more info. Does it make a noise? Does the motor turn but not catch? Do you have an aftermarket alarm system on it? Did you read the owners manual? Info like this...

Push in the left pedal first , if it starts let it out and push hard on the one on the right.
