Custom made aluminum pedals ...Lowered Price

I have been in talks with John at www.autovation.net about his custom made aluminum pedals. He now has some for the RT/10 and GTS models. Check out site, it will be updated later with more info but they are up now.

I am going to get a set for my car (VR4) and asked him if he would do a group buy for the Viper owners. He said it would be no problem to do. :thumb:

Post here if interested and John will be here later or tomorrow to answer all of your questions. :thumb:

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum pedals ?

It is listed as $69 shipped but I am not sure if this is the group buy price. This is for the 3 pcs.

Look at the site for pics. Site will be updated later as per John. (the owner of Autovation)

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum pedals ?

You got it RUNNR. :thumb:

Waiting for John to show up with more info and pics.

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum pedals ?

I have those exact pedals [color:"red"]in stock [/color] for $61.95 for the set of three, with either "GTS" or "RT/10" on them. If you want them plain, I can get them as well.
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

I already have those pedals installed, which I got from Bill. If you're looking for a heel-toe solution, they did the trick for me. They also look great in the footwell. Forget bracket-attached pedal kits. I started down that road and will never return. I have those pedals screwed on with nylon-lined locking nuts holding them on.
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

Price is now $52 shipped

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

so they are direct replacements, not overlays?

Count me in. I would like to see what the bead blasted looks like as well as the matte finish. Paolo
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

RedSnakeGTS

The Autovation pedals are CNC machined aluminum covers which overlay the OEM pedal. Here are directions: www.autovation.net/articles/tech/Pedal/tech.htm

Here is a sample of the bead blasted matte finish: www.autovation.net/products/Beadblast/refinish.htm

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

Count me in. I'm interested in the matte finish. Looks like it will complement the MGW goodies niceley (am i a poser or what?).
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

The order for these can be placed at www.autovation.net now.

I will email John and ask how you would order the bead blasted matte finish. I can't see a way to do that online.

Here is his email: [email protected]

This should help answer any ?s until he is approved to post here.

How long is the approval process these days anyway?

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

Also wanted to put that these are held on by screws and Do Not have the cheap bracket set-up on them.

Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

Im in for a set of matte finished ones too
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda

I thought those pedals always pooped off eventually??
Re: Anyone interested in custom made aluminum peda
