You sure they aren't the Belanger kit? Sounds a lot like what I've got on my car now. That kit is $650 new so probably a tad high on your price ( since you asked).

Updated with picture looks more like a stock setup with added 3" cats. I don't know what stock looks like this is the way I purchased my car with the corsa.

The front section that connects to the manifolds is stock but then cut after the 90 and cats welded in. Probably something home made or something an exhaust shop did for the previous owner.

The cats are HUGE on our cars, stock. Ironically enough, it's hard to find pictures of the stock set-up as well. Below is the best I could find and it's pretty bad quality.

If they don't leak and are flowing/working properly it's not a bad option for someone wanting a cheap, bolt in, option. No idea on value though so can't help much their.
