I am leaning towards a 6.0 Diabolo wife wants a 360, Gallardo seems really nice as well. any opinions based on experience? The Porsche is doomed to become a daily driver and the Viper will become a mostly for track car by the time I get done with it. so what would be the best Italian freind for my lil stable?

Why not a Murcielago DC....about the same price and if you do decide on the Diablo 6.0 don't get the VT...its mostly an apperance package and the regular 6.0 looks better without all that other shit I think! Go with the new Murcielago though fucking awesome and AWD!

I remember Allanlambo did a while back but he has seemed to disappear into the abyss. My issue with the Diabolo over the murc is that there does not seem to be much of a performance difference between the diabolos and the Murc to justify the $100,000.00 or so difference in market value between an new Murc (+-)$300,000.00 and a late Diabolo <200,000. Am I missing something here? Ferrari 550 are definitely a sweet refined car but lacks the Machismo of the Lambos in my opinion. Driven a 550 and almost felt too refined and the styling is not as nice as a 360.
I actually like the 550 the best. Im starting to like the 360s but I think the 550 is the mans ferrari.
The Murc is just another level. I had seen it at the auto shows and in the magazines and wasnt impressed, but to see it on the street was completely different. Sooo wide and low, even next to my RT. I know two local guys who have diablos. One is a new 6.0 VT and the other a 99 GT. Attention getters no doub (fast and loud), but after seeing the Murc they look kinda outdated.

PaulB on here has a Lambo - I think it might be for sale as well.
Regarding the 550...I have seen a few on a local lot and even taken a spin in one and it does not give me the same ...lets say emotion that the lambo or viper for that matter gives me. If sports cars do anything it is to excite your senses, hence why we love the Viper. The 550 is almost Porsche like in execution. almost flawless but not as exciting as say a TR512 or a 340 or 550. I think the lines of the 360 does more for my and in spyder form with the F1 you will probably get as close to an open cockpit f1 type car rush as you can. So yes I will not get the 550 the question is 360 or diabolo/gallardo. Murc is probably above my sanity limit at the moment. 3+5 o's is about as high as I can ever see paying for any car. above that is another house. although that is subject to change /images/graemlins/smile.gif

F50... Proof that have impeccable style. f50 is the ultimate. But I think the F50 like the Mclaren F1 are another level higher than a 360 or Diablo. I guess that will be all that is left in the auto realm once I pick up one of the others...
