I use TIDE liquid mixed with a little (Very little.... /images/graemlins/supergrin.gif) water. Then I spray it on with those pesticide jugs. Make sure the engine is warm. Then scrub, and rinse off later.

I have also tried Simple Green, but I had a bad experience with it on electrical connections in the past.

Thanks for the replies. So it is OK to rinse the bay off with running water? Or should I just sprag one the cleaner and basically wipe it off with a wet rag? Last time, I had lots of salt from the road and decided to clean using running water. So far, no problems....
Definately rinse everything off with water. Just use a fine mist. I normally take the car out for a little spin to get rid of any of the remaining water. Then once she cools off, you can use some sort of detailing spray. Water won't hurt the car, just don't drown it. /images/graemlins/supergrin.gif
