As everyone knows, I've been toying with buying a gts. In doing so, I've been exploring warranties, etc. Let me tell you, Tator is a class act and he goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping viper guys out. The dealership close to me has been so wonderful, but I have to buy my warranty from chuck because I just do...he tells you the ins and outs and helps you out in anyway possible...even if it means advising you to take another warranty from another place. If any of you need warranties, info, etc...heda man. Thanks tator

I recently bought my warranty through Chuck. He was incredibly helpful when a local dealership was playing games with me and eventually told me to, "take your Viper and get the fuck out of here!" They had my engine, and I had my car on a flatbed. They would not give me my engine. It was a mess. Basically he helped me get my engine back as well as all the money I paid to that dealership. Chrysler just kicked the owners of that dealership out, and brought new ones in. HA!

Chuck Rocks! Not only did he give me a 20% discount (for VCA membership).. he also shipped the parts for free... and wouldn't let me pay him until I received the parts and could mail him a check back?????

Chuck is a class act. He is a true Viper guy and cares about the viper community. This guy ownes the dealership and still has time to answer all my questions and I have not spent any money with him. But when the opportunity arrises I will. I live In Texas and If I need to buy a new Dodge I think I would do It all the way in New York just because of Chuck.

Never hear anything bad about the guy. My dad is considering driving the GTS all the way down to him and having him do the recall work on his car because nobody around here even comes close to getting the good press he does.
