To whomever....
I have had this issue before and have been able to resolve it but this time, to no avail I cannot Start my car.. I have a 1995 Gen 1 viper that I just recently replaced the battery. .... I have put new batteries in my remote. I have also paired my remote with grounding out the wire under the dash and it is paired, because I can, with the doors closed, watch on my dash the alarm will enable and disable when pressing the unlock button.. I can only do this when I have the battery charger connected to the battery. I have checked all of my fuses and they seem good. When I disconnect the battery charger and put the key in the and try to start the car it is completely dead. I have tried everything that I know of as far as troubleshooting with the service manual. I am wondering if it’s a grounding issue. I truly welcome anyone’s feedback….

Check if you have 12 volts in the ASD relay positive to ground.

Also check the pump relay to ground.

This helps you ensure battery voltage and wiring.

You should have the same voltage as the battery. That should be at least 12.

If you have it, check your ignition cylinder.

You say nothing happens when you open the switch, so you first look should be there.
