150k is huge! Are you trying to upload an uncompressed image? /images/graemlins/laughing.gif

How much space do you think you need for a single file upload?

most of my pics are above 150k. I have tons under 300k. How do I compress them so I can share them with you guys? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I can photoshop them smaller but I am sure there is a better way.
