18 x 13 would suggest it is the BACK wheel.

tito, thanks..sorry for the ignorance...I didn't know the difference between the front and back wheel as far as 13, etc. what is the front wheel? like I said, pardon my ignorance. I'm sure I'll get bashed for this, but that's okay. I'm expecting to hear from vspray, I'm sure badv and a few others, but thanks for the education.

The front is 18 x 10 and the rear is 18 x 13 for Vipers 99 and newer.
