At what point in the modding schedule does a different cam really add more Hp & TQ, and which cam?
For instance: 3" Borla, 3" HF Cats, Headers, Smooth Tubes & Filters, if you were to plan an NA motor, what is next? Flowed Heads? Flowed Intake?
What has your experience and the dyno taught you and proven to be worthwhile?
Those of us on the bottom of the learning curve need your experience!

Do a heads/cam at the same time. The labor will be about the same as well as the cost for all the new gaskets. Its not worth the cost for just a cam change.

A good head/cam combo with the other mods (roller rockers, exhaust, smooth tubes, etc.) should get you over 550 rwhp.

Thank you Anthony. That is exactly the kind of feedback us learners need. And I forgot about the roller rockers.
Any cams suggestions, specs. or Mfg. & cam number?

I would talk to the major tuners (Hennessey, Heffner, DLM, Mercado or Roe) and discuss your expectations (ie. max power vs. driveability, for street, strip or track).
