B&B headers vs. Belanger

Ok, I'm sure this may be beat to death, but I am new here so please excuse me. I did a search and found some helpful info but I want to know if opinions have changed.

I want to do a complete exhaust for future Roe supercharger setup. As of know I am leaning towards the B&B 3" exhaust (I want a deap tone) but haven't decided if I want cats yet.

What is everyones opinion on B&B headers vs. Belangers when it comes to looks, FIT, install and performance. Performance, fit and install are my main concerns, I can always coat these things. I know a lot of guys love the Belangers, but I'm interested in running the B&B long tubes with their no cat exhaust.

I have the full B&B system with no cats and Roe s/c and I really like it. You can keep the noise down so that it's not too noticeable if you stay below 3k rpm, but rev over 4k or go WOT and it's just like it should be--the women run inside with the children and the men stand up and salute! :thumb:

:atu: Just how I want it.

How is the fit with the headers. Know of any headaches when installing them?
I had no problem at all with the headers; the only fitment issue I had was with the right side of the exhaust coming down from the elbow through the sidesill. It all bolted up fine, but it stuck out just a hair too far to get the sidesill bolted back on. So we cut the 90 degree elbow, swelled one end to give us adjustability, and then welded it back together. Really no big deal, although in a perfect world it wouldn't have been necessary. As hand built cars, Vipers have slightly different tolerances from car to car, and almost all aftermarket parts have occasional (and in some cases regular) fitment issues.
Thanks RedGTS,

You don't get a high pitched jap sound with that setup do you? I am looking for the deapest tone possible. I have read the B&B setup is deaper than the Corsa. Don't know if that is true or not.
I do have a set of B&B headers, looking to sell. Just putting it out there for everybody to see :burn:
I think the B&B is somewhat deeper at idle, but there is really not a lot of difference between the two at high revs or WOT. I've got a friend with the Roe SC/Bellanger/Corsa setup, and when we dynoed back to back the cars sounded very, very similar--very loudly similar too I might add. /images/graemlins/supergrin.gif The growl/scream when you rev may sound somewhat ricer-like in a way, but it is so much deeper and louder it's really different. I revved at a 'stang one time and I ran into the guy later at a car show and he said, "Damn man, what does that thing rev to, 10,000 rpm?"
