I recently interacted with APEX and Bill Kaiser in Santa Clara (northern California).
He is a real gentleman and took the time to listen and make some recommendations to me and my viper.
I've only spent a modest amount of money (less than $100) with him but after seeing his shop and meeting him, i feel confident in seeing him work on my viper. I would recommend him based on my limited interaction with him.

i totally agree! i bought my skip shift delete from Bill. i emailed him the night before, i had a returned call that morning. all he needed was my info, and it was sold! that was for a 25 dollar part. he is a great guy to work with :nod:

I too have nothing but good things to say about APEX. They have done about 8,000 dollars worth of work to my car.Were there ever any snags ? Of course there were,it's a car.To me the difference is in how the guy steps up to the plate when there is a problem.Bill and Vince have always steped up.Vince is one hell of a wrench.

When I needed a set of O2 sims I called 2 other tuners. Both sent me sims that did not work. One sent me two sets that did not work. When I needed sims that actually worked, I called Bill and he sent me a set that worked first rattle out of the cage.

Great guy, great company, great products. Two thumbs up for Apex!
