Actually on the side sills that is corrosion from dissimilar metals... ie DC using steel rivets on aluminum side sills..... or vice versa cannot recall which.

a galvanic cell? I thought it was resin uncured. I stand corrected. Is this fixed easily?

strange...My oil fill cap on the GTS I owned was on the passenger valve cover and not the drivers side. My drivers side valve cover had a sneaky pete on either side of the viper letters.

Also..I hate all that shiny crap they spray all over the engine compartment to make it look new. Nasty.

not for a super clean GTS like the one I just sold. 96's can draw big dollars for super clean examples. They hold their value quite well too compared to other years/colors.
