Our story:

In May or June of 2012 we paid Will over $16,000 for a twin turbo kit with computer. In November 2012 we had not gotten 1 piece of anything from them and we were going to be in the general area of their shop, so we just stopped in to pick up everything they had ready, to save on the shipping charges (my Fiancé is a gear head and was going to do the install himself).....we didn't get anything!

Years pass with excuses like, "it's being polished", "it's being powder coated", "we shipped your kit to the wrong customer in another state so we are waiting for him to send it back so we can inventory it to ensure it is all still there", "well just bring us your car and we will install it for you, due to the long wait at no charge"....and the list goes on and on....needless to say, WE NEVER GOT ANYTHING......

So we hired an attorney, after months of him ignoring our attorneys attempts for discovery, we have a court date, show up that morning, Will is no where to be found, but there is an attorney there that had been hired at 3pm the day before asking to reset the hearing....which the judge granted.....

Then, we are notified by our attorney that Will has agreed to pay us $1000 per month until the balance was repaid. The papers were signed, and processed through the courts. Now, almost 6 months later, not a single payment.........Imagine that!!!!!

Now, we have spoken with the Police Detective and are currently writing statements to hopefully be able to press criminal charges, as well as contempt of court. Our attorney is also looking at "other avenues", whatever that means!

I am writing this so hopefully NO ONE else will give them your hard earned money or car.....

I'm sorry to hear this but it doesn't surprise me. I'm happy to assist you in any way I can to get this guy thrown in jail, where he belongs. Please let me know what you need from me (my issues with Will?) and I will gladly send it your way.

Unfortunately, the underlying issue is that he no longer has any money! I predit he will end up in jail, or 6' under, sooner than later. He has burnt way too many people, for way too long!
