Anyone know what the differences are from the early 90s Diablos to the Late 90s Diablos? I noticed that the early 90s models are becoming somewhat affordable and I'm thinking about it...

you're thinking about expensive repairs?
late 90s diablos were chaperoned by VW/Audi if I'm not mistaken.
Much better attention to detail.
Only glitch I had with my 99 roadster in almost 6000 miles was the automatic suspension adjustor/indicator got unplugged due to vibrations.
