The original owner of my '06 put 3.73s in. They reminded me of driving my old Ford 1 ton. So tall that 1st is mostly useless. The 6th gear at 90 mph was 3000 rpm or so. When that set failed, I went with a wavetrac 3.55 and I'm very happy with it. Much better control under hard acceleration, and while I don't always use 1st gear, when I do it is useful up to about 35mph. These are stock tires and wheels.
Assuming a stock tire size (345/30-19 in your '06), 3000 RPM in sixth gear with 3.73 gears would be 130 MPH.

2100 RPM would work out to roughly 90 MPH.

For reference here, we will assume 345/30-19 (27.1" OD) and stock T56 gearing (2.66 first gear);

6000 RPM, 3.73, first gear tops out 49 MPH
6000 RPM, 3.55, first gear tops out at 51 MPH
6000RPM, 3.07, first gear tops out at 59 MPH

And cruising, sixth gear, 80 MPH;

3.73 gears - 1850 RPM
3.55 gears - 1760 RPM
3.07 gears - 1530 RPM
