Who's headed to Hastings in a few weeks?

I'm excited as this will be my first Rendezvous. Usually I'm traveling that week for work, but this year it's the following week.

I was seriously looking at this in January/Feb, but the calendar was just not going to work out for several days off. Good luck Nick!

Totally get it. I was hoping you'd make it, was looking forward to putting a face to a name!
There's a small chance I will be in St.L lat in June. If I am, I'll touch base beforehand.

Opposite side of the state, but let me know and I'll see what I can do!
Looks like Viper Alley will have a strong group there....

There are a number of regulars here who used to be Viper owners. Or, their shit's broke, or they just don't drive them much.

Antonio Calvo appears to be headed there in his R/W ACR E.

Looks beautiful. Lose the extra MOPAR front plate though, that looks ghey.
There will also be an ACR-X from Texas coming up. I think Mike Gerdtz's will be on the same truck as Anthony's.
I remember when most of the Viper Owners would drive their own cars to National Events. Many local clubs would coordinate with others to meet up into a large slithers into the events. The driving events were pretty tame with local hot shoes riding along to give pointers on Oval and Road Track venues. Lots of waiting and little driving. Provided a great experience for the casual owner. Better hard core racing at the multiple ViperDays events every year.
Now biggest event seems to be fund raising and raffles.

I definitely think there are different events for different folks. I would rather masturbate with sandpaper than do a follow the leader slither around a track with passengers, aka parade laps.

I don't treat the track like a social event. I want to go, run hard, hopefully not have to wrench much, and load up with a few fast laps under my belt. I always gladly chat with people who walk around the paddock, but I'm not a walker haha
...I would rather masturbate with sandpaper than _ ...
Just in case anyone missed that.
