Good luck with sale. Our friends just built an absolutely insane house in Suwannee, fuckin kitchen has four full size Sub Zeros, my mouth dropped when I was up there. And your far enough from ATL to not have to deal ATL/traffic and pretty close to Lanier.
Rest of fam lives in Peach Tree, Savannah, Buckhead. I actually bought my last truck up there as dealers blow away FL dealers, flew up with a sick deal on a new Platinum F150 and drove back. But I uber'd from ATL to Atkins, that may of been the most expensive Uber I've ever had took almost 2 hours mainly trying to get out of ATL traffic. Hit up whiskey places on the way, Tower I got some crazy good bottles and store picks and same for Turtle Creek.
Those lil Package stores up there would have some hidden gems as well.
