1st post about V-10 Nat\'s , King of the Dyno

I don't know what others were, but I heard King of the Dyno was David Boggs (Dr. Roof) with something like 913 RWHP and torque in the 800's. I was told there was a problem with the dyno and he had to run like 6 or so passes and the motor was heat soaked because of back to back to back to back to back to, well you know the rest.. (hence the lower TQ numbers)

I heard BLOWNGTS had in the 700 rwhp, whether they were high mid or low I don't know. There were lots of ppl there, but it was only a 2 minute phone call..
Should be FUN tomorrow!

I think his HP was in the 800 and TQ in the 700's. I can't remember.

So what does in the 800's mean? 801? or 899? His 925 rwhp number is legit if it made 899 in FL...

BlownGTS said that his 925 h.p. was a "one time" deal with the boost turned up and lots of race gas. So if he only made 700 or 800 whatever G said, that would sound about right on pump gas.

if you use some deductive reasoning figure 1/2 way on each number. lets say 850rwhp and 750rwtq. Up or down either way and you're pretty close.

According to the morgue BlownGTS put down 827rwhp and 768rwtq. Congrats to Dr. Roof and BLOWNGTS! I cant wait to hear the ETs they run. Someone in Florida please keep us posted.

A Loooonnnnngggggggg time...

i had my motor tore down, rebuilt, car supercharged with stoptechs and out the door in 4 months. now, i sent her back for my turbo, and in 5 weeks from the day i told heffner my car was coming, my car was dynoed with the turbos. that doesnt seem to be too long to me...

I'm I unhappy that my car is taking 6 months plus to do??
