Anyone Running OZ 18s?

I'm looking at the 18' OZ wheels on partsrack's website. Anyone running these? Looking for some feedback.

Yup, what kind of feedback? They're lightweight and cheap. They come with center caps and lugs.

Have thought about a 2nd set dedicated to slicks.

I like the lightweight feedback, are there many choices for tires for them. I have heavy chrome 20s that came with my car and found out I have exactly 2 choices for tires. Plus I hate the wheels. Was planning on doing some road coursing this winter and just looking for a good quality lightweight wheel and tire setup for the course. Looks like I'll be going with them then.

Here are a couple of pics of them on my car. You really can't beat the price for a set of these with Toyo R888's. They aren't crappy wheels either and so they are soo light.

I love the R888's, but they won't last you long like non-R compound tires.

Unfortunately, the 18/18 setup is running low on tire options as well. Check with JonB for his input.

Might also want to consider SW2's. They're 18/19 and are a few hundred more. They don't come with lugs or center caps though. Tires will be more $ than the 18/18 Toyos.

Ordered the black OZ's. Should be coming anytime within the next few days. pretty happy I Got them way cheaper than Partsrack was offering. I was wondering if you all are running the R888s with them? I noticed the BF Goodwrench has the Gforce R1 S, anyone running the BFs? Just curious some feedback on tires now.

Big fan of the OZs and R888s so far. Any of you guys running upgraded brakes on them? Mainly want to know if anyones done the Gen 3 conversion. I've heard rumors of using Gen 3 brakes on a gen 2.

I've done the SRT front brake conversion; the Oz's fit without issue.

quazmosis - Did you get those OZ wheels installed? I am considering ordering them in black as well for my red rt/10. I think they would look pretty good on the red. Have any pics? Thanks!!
