Anyway, I like Viper for what it is: A weekend toy. Something I can drive to a buddies and drink all day in. Just not the same feeling showing up in a Cadillac. Having said that, I wouldn't want to daily my Viper. Not because of adding miles, or even comfort, it's the mindset.

Ummm - if you are going to drink all day and drive your Viper, let me have your address so I can send my condolences to your family for being an idiot and killing yourself.

Way back in 1993 when I had my first brand new Viper, I was being a little careless with alcohol and driving and almost lost it on a freeway entrance ramp. From that day on, I have lived by a hard and fast rule: 2 drinks in a sitting, 4 drinks per day MAX.

A car is not just engine and power, or comfort, it also reflects a personality. People who own a Tesla blubber about being a part of the "green revolution", or people who likes outdoors usually own a 4x4. That's completely normal.
