...."NO close friends/lovers/spouses have ANY business relationships with the VCA, we put every business relationship out to bid and choose the best and lowest bid, for everything."...
The VCA's budget for 2014 shows $74,748 for a management company?
WOW! If that is correct, that is more than what C to C was charging you! All I can say is maybe you should start trying to find an ex-girlfriend, ex-boyfriend, spouse, partner, or someone to do the VCA management. Evidently whoever you have now is not getting the job done. Still no VCA magazine for the 2014 Viper magazine year, and still behind one magazine from last year, 2013. Heck that 6th magazine has been at the printer for the last 2 months! No membership cards, member gift either. It's JUNE, the year is half over!
As everyone knows, Wilson Printing is doing the management for the VOA, at roughly $1100 a month on the average. Some months it's more, some months less. It's not a full time job! Their cost to the VOA (14 months) may not even hit $17,000 for the entire first year of the VOA! Don't even bother to ask Tim, they wouldn't even sharpen a fucking pencil for the VCA! LOL
$74,748? Really? Hell, if that is the kind of money you are throwing away for a management company, you better ask Marshall to come back. At least they only charged you $60,000 a year.
If you choose to go that route again, I would definitely put into the contract that they at least give you a kiss each time they fuck you over.

So the German national president Fredi as well as the other "Officers" decided that Chris, Mary, Marv and Lee are still "HONORARY" members??? Wow, what a contradiction.
They wrote it into the "new and improved" bylaws...
Free2Go is a proud member of the VCA elite. He has a passion for, among other things, 'sucking' up the to VCA leaders. He's quite good at it. Much like you are a cheerleader of sorts for the VOA, Free2Go is our personal fluffer. He does what it takes to make the VCA what it is. And that's saying something.
"Built a start up from nothing to $X00,000 in sales"
Without pointing out it was given seed capital, parts and tooling, a captive clientele and no requirement for a profit.
It's like a discount cocaine dealer saying the volume is due to his great salesmanship.
"Past President of a 3,000 person car club, responsible for..." Which would impress an employer about as much as president of the audio visual club in high school.
When you google "Chris Marshall Viper" here is the first listing:
"The club's demise hinged on a series of events that started around 2007 and centered around a man named Chris Marshall.
Marshall worked hard for the club, so hard that I was told he lost his job because he was putting too much time into VCA. Club board members didn't like to see a friend punished for his love, and without board approval, I was told Marshall was sent out around the world and paid thousands of dollars to go on trips.
Nobody in the club is supposed to be paid for these positions, but from what I'm told by people familiar with the situation (Marshall and current Club President Lee Stubberfield have not responded to requests for comment), that is far from the case.
During this time period, Marshall also became the National President of the Viper Club of America and subsequently a Vice President (he is currently not listed as an officer).
In 2010, the club made a few interesting moves. First, club bylaws were totally and radically changed. That included ways around previous term limits that existed for the National President as well as VCA member funds being used to fund Board of Directors travel to events.
The bylaws also mention something called the VPA, a company that was to be run by Chris Marshall and his wife Mary. This is where the V10 hits the fan."
That'll impress the employers.
Chris, if you post on here with your slanted view of the situation, you will rip open healing wounds. You will be the one that gets hurt the most. Now you've created yet another source that can be googled that shows you to be vindictive, and that you can't let something go.

So they will make 77K if they make 100K on a raffle to, at best, 1/3 of the people it took to buy out the tickets before, if they have 1,000 members, if VOI breaks even using the most expensive track in the country and 1/3 the people, and if VPA, with, at best, 1/3 of the number of club members, pays back the 50K it couldn't pay with the club at full strength. Yah, that'll work.
Interesting that they think they can get a raffle car, pay the registration fees for the raffle, print and mail the tickets for 81K.
I love the "lawyers fee's" instead of "lawyers' fees". Dan's community college baseball scholarship at work. Throw in the apostrophe wherever. I know there should be one somewhere.
So, no magazines yet, this years mag money probably spent on last years' late magazines and based on Chris' "on my lawyers' advice', their legal bills continue to mount.
What's the over/under on number of members? 500?

Please note that this budget shows an income from the magazine going to the VCA. One would look at magazine income as revenue from the advertisers. Before Chris left, it is my understanding that he kept the magazine ad revenue as part of his payment and none of this went back to the VCA. Is that correct?? If so, why the change in accounting practices now? Since this budget shows the magazine losing money, did the VCA pay the expenses in the past and allow Chris to keep all of the ad income without offsetting the expenses?
Honest question, I'm sure we'll get an answer shortly.

lol. not sure if he's asking for forgiveness by writing a bible none of us will believe.... or really is that fucking stupid to believe the runny green shit coming out of his mouth/keyboard.
The worst action is the lack of transparency to the members that don't realize there is no real local chapter.

I don't get it either, but I do like watching him keep things going in that thread. At somepoint it will either stop or the VCA will have to choose sides lol.
VCA Hall of Fame, lifetime member, and all around great guy Chris Marshall
is jonb gloating a bit, now that the mess has been exposed? maybe. but i would probably do the same if i were him. he and many others for years tried to expose what was going on, but alot of people had their heads so far up the Marshalls butts that they couldnt hear the warning sirens.
jonb is a business man and his customers are at both clubs. the garbage that unfairly targeted him for years and destroyed the VCA is finally gone. i am glad he is back, both clubs wouldnt be the same without him.
