A few pics of my rear mount SRT10 Turbo system

Just finished hooking up a front mount heat exchanger and larger Turbos, S cover compressors versus the old E covers and piping to go from the turbos to the inter coolers. Spool up is instantaneous now

What size turbos are you running & what size is the hot side a/r? Hows the flex pipe holding up?

These turbos are 6265 S covers with .81 AR hotsides, previous turbos were 6779 E covers, and I tried various size hot sides from a way too big 1.52 to a .58. The new turbos are good for 740HP each so they are just right, spool super fast and have room to grow if wanted.

The flex pipe is just part of the exhaust going from the turbine housing, it was used to mock up and fit but is being replaced with mandrel bent tubing. It was "just like new" the whole time, there are various grades of flex pipe and this one was a high temp stainless version. It was perfect for use when fitting different size turbos as I didn't have to make a whole new section each time, just had to give it a push here or there.

Huge amount of work gone into that - excellent looking system and great job! Doesn't look like ground clearance has suffered much at all!

Coming from someone who has built their own TT Viper, your system looks awesome and should perform magically!

Great work!

Looks almost stock which is hard to pull off sometimes with a full on TT setup. The best part is the stock looking engine bay, besides the intaking piping going down underneath the car. What power are you looking to get out of that setup?

Thanks Jerome, its a totally sound system now, and no Lag induced traction control either.

On 91 Octane it is good for 750 RWHP on a stock Gen 3 engine, 780 on 93, and 1200 Rwhp with upgraded pistons and rods
