What are the options when rims are scratched through the clear coat?

When I bought my 06 coupe it had a few places on each rim where the clear coat had been damaged. The aluminum is not really scratched but the clear coat is gone in small areas. What are my options, I really like the look of the 5 spoke rims and want to stay with this style.

I guess my options are;

1. Buy replacement 5 spokes (where is the cheapest place)
2. Chrome the ones I have (recommendations on a chromer)
3. Have clear coat removed and re-applied (Has anyone done this)
4. Live with imperfection (not going to do this...)

If it bothers you that much, I would have them chromed(California Chrome Wheel, Inc. - Chrome Wheels for Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Mercedes, and more). Thye will come back looking better than new. If i remember right, it cost about $200 per rim to do.
