Exclamation Replace Oil Pan and Oil P/U to track car?

I just bought a new 06 Coupe. I am new to vipers and have tracked Corvettes and Porsche 911s. I was told that if I was going to track my car, I would need to replace the stock oil pan and oil pick up tube with a baffled oil pan and articulating oil pickup because the viper starves for oil at high G forces during cornering. Is this true?
If it is true, how could Dodge build a sports car with such a flaw and such an easy fix? I priced out the parts to be about 1800 dollars plus labor to install.
Also, would such a modification void my warranty on the engine? Im not very happy with this right now. Thanks for any input on this matter, Im hoping I was given bad advice and tracking the car wont be a problem.

Thanks,

Yes. You will need to replace the oil pan. An accusump would also be a good idea.

Accusump would be cheaper and I would think as good as the oil pan and oil pickup. The 3 Qt model is good but it takes alot of room. Has anyone used it on a viper? I have used them on other cars with good results.
