2006 Viper coupe rear view mirror wiring

Hi, New to the forum and looking for some advice. I am using a mirror mount for a radar detector. I want to use the power going to the inside rear view mirror. Are those wires keyed power? There are unused pins in the back of the mirror, are those hot? Is the power 12 volts or reduced. I am not that great at wiring so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I saw somewhere a couple years ago, someone posted up a radar detector install and used the mirror open pins with a Amazon pigtail.
