Low voltage knock sensor code GEN III-can't find the sensor in my 05
I looked on the intake, or rather under it but can't see it. There is a bunch of fuel injection stuff there as my car is one of the 20 fuel injection cars, but not too much stuff going on under the intake that I think I should be able to see it. Are the sensors on the block? I also have the reverse solenoid and skip shift lockout code and per Mark Jorgenson at Woodhouse, I pulled my skip shift add on out and the problem went away, now it is back again. Cleared the codes and back again. Car has fresh gas in it, so not like I am running old gas, but I did run the tank a bit low last time, so maybe with the 20 fuel injectors I experienced cavitation and went lean. I did have an exhaust leak bad on the driver's side and just put new bolts in it as one collector tube the bolts came 100% out (thank you bolts for not trashing my tire). So much little shit I had to do, but man the car still runs like a champ-the best car I ever owned.
