Thanks everyone, well all I know is I sold my GN a month ago and while that thing was fast as shit (I had the intercooled 87) it doesn't "feel" nearly as fast as this Viper, does anyone have stock specs on my car (0-60, 1/4, HP etc.)???
COLD? I guess you ain't in SoCal Attention whore........see previous statement
Back in '97/'98 when I was considering buying a Viper I rented a '94 for a day, that's all it took. A few years later I bought a brand new Black '00
Every time you see this guy post, tell him to fuck off. Works great.
Just kidding, nice ride. From the first to the last, there are so few of these, they turn heads everywhere. Sometimes you're looking in the rearview, hoping the driver with the childish grin, remembers to stop!!!
Welcome! Awesome looking ride. We all know the feeling, those first few months (and longer) with the "new" Viper. A lot of us are former Z06 owners, and I never remembering going out to the garage just to look at my Z....
Read up on the threads, and you will find all of your questions answered, especially the basic ones (mods, which oil to use, etc.) The search function will save you some verbal ass kicking too!!
99rt, I would like to look at some more modern hoods with all the vents running up I really like those, but a google search revealed nothing, and i have know idea if a gen II or II or IV will fit my gen I, that is why I am looking for a link to tons of "info" on these cars, I want to read everything I can. I bought this car (for the first time ever I think) on pure passion alone. When I pulled up and saw it I swear I heard that song "Dream Weaver" and knew she was mine, have I said how much I love my new Viper lol....
do a search on "diamondback viper hood" US exotics made these, but I think they are out of business. The only other hood is the autoform one, these are not cheap ($6k-$8K)
