96 gts power steering pump

Does anyone know about the "A1 cardone replacement power steering pump for the 96 GTS. Is this adequate or should I pay the excessive "Viper tax" on the factory pump? ($58 vs $547 from dodge)

Look up Mike, 99rt/10&GTS on here, he might have a unit that he can sell you for a good price and advice on changing it out.

Thanks Chris,
I have one used in great shape for $150 plus shipping. Includes the pulley. Might want to upgrade the P/S mount too. The factory POS could break and leave you stranded.

hey Mike,
Does this one come with a new bracket or is this a kit to be purchased somewhere else? Do you know if the pump you have leaks, has it been rebuilt?
Thanks

No problem, I figured it was only only a matter of time before you saw this thread anyways...
This place could use a "Wanted" section with you as the sole sponsor...
