Problems with rear brakes on GTS ACR

We have been driving a -99 Viper GTS ACR and the rear brakes are out.

This is how it is, the owner changed the brake fluid last week, (we suspect that the shop that did it didn't empty the system completely before putting new in)

We drove the car hard yesterday (on a curvy road for about 20 minutes) in the end the brakes were getting screwed up and it felt like it was braking 80% on the front brakes (locking up)

Today while driving it was even worse it felt like the brakes were 120% on the front brakes and none on the rear.

We took the rear tires of to check the pads we figured they might be glazed but they are in good shape, so this leaves us with the option that the shop that changed the brake fluid didn't pump the new fluid through the system but just topped it of.

The car has changed owners recently and we do not know what kind of fluid the previous owner used, we put in Castrol SRF which we consider one of the best fluids but we also know that it can get messed up when mixed with some other brand.

As you can see we think that we have figured it out, but I still write here to hear what the pro's have to say bout this, if there is possibly something else wrong that we do not know about.

What is the most common brake fluid in the Vipers?

The first step is obviously to use like a vacuum bleeder and draw new fluid through the whole system. Do both the inside and outside bleeders at each wheel, work from the farthest wheel to the closest. Could be an air bubble if the shop that did the change didn't know wtf they were doing.

Normal bias is 80f/20r anyway though - they never feel like they're doing crap to me.
