Gen 1 Hardtop Bolts

Need some help finding 2 of these Hardtop Bolts. I sent a note to JonB, spoke to Ryan at Scharf, Mike S in AL, can't find them

Looks to be reasonably easy to make with lathe access and then send to be plated if can't locate them

That's the entry level pricing, it's moAr if you take the 'Ball Rubb'd' option. Leaves a healthy coat that acts as a barrier against oxidation.

Op, I bought mine from McMaster-Carr. You will need 2 shoulder bolts and 2 Belleville washers. You can grab these parts for a few bucks.

It’s a M8x1.25 shoulder bolt with a .688 OD belleville washer .055 thick. The ID Of the washer should be .265 to .312 ish. If you buy a smaller washer (.265) you will need to run a M8 tap thru it. The factory washer is captured in the thread relief. If you can find one .315 it should slide over the threads but may fall off and land behind your seats when you remove the roof. Hope this helps ya. O one more tip be sure to spray a little silicone lube on your bolts. It will help with the squeaking some people get. GL.
