E85 will require different injectors since the stockers are almost maxed as is at WOT....aka 18ms injector duty cycle at 6000rpm with the limit at 21ms. HP tuners or SCT will not support injector scaling for E85 on stock injectors regardless. SCT (definitely) and HPTuner (I believe) still do not support injector scaling simply by inputting your new injector size....you have to physically adjust the MAP vs RPM fueling tables one by one for the larger injector (basically trimming injector ms timing across all 9 fueling tables). Can be done, not fun, and takes some trial and error.
