Make one. I did, it wasn't tough. Time consuming though. If you can measure, cut with a chop saw, use a file, use a mig welder, and have a bench grinder you'll be just fine. Fitting things the way you want is the toughest part. You'll also come in alot cheaper making your own rather than buying an off the shelf kit. I can say i probably spent about 5k building out my kit which is about 10k less than RSI.... (i think they were 15k last i checked for kits)

Not accurate. Gen 2 RSI twin turbo kits are 10k for stage 2 and $7,500 for stage 1, at least; last time I checked, 6 seconds ago, by checking. But, I do agree that you can build one for less. So, could pay $2,500 for the headache or just DIY.

Either way, make sure your cat holds the flashlight.

I have all the parts, but I would redo the piping. It was set up for side mount intercoolers.

If i change it up and dont end up buying that guys kit I will let you know. Its all kind of up in the air. I could refab the headers and swap to different turbos so they fit better but right now i am just frustrated.

On a different note bud, what tranny are you going to be runnin in the 99 ACR TT to handle the 1200 hp.

If you remember, I bought Dave's car as well...car is a freaking monster. Turned the boost up t0 around 14psi and made roughly 1100whp and have gone through three tranny's LOL I am thinking of putting a gen 5 tranny in it or having Tick build me a badasss 6060

If/when I do blow my tranny, i have a Donato built 6060 that I can put in, or a Donato built T-56. I have thought about selling one. The other option is to use a T56 out of a SRT-10 Truck. Strongest stock trans, period.

Either way, make sure your cat holds the flashlight.
Cats cant hold flashlights captain RSI, plus people should strap their dick on and try fabricating sometime anyway. Its a worth while experience everyone should try instead of paying your girlfriend's boyfriend to install an RSI kit for you.
