Older AEM EMS Tuning Cable

Does anyone have the tuning cable they can let me borrow? Or buy if you don't want to lend it to me?

My AEM shit the bed, had 99RT10&GTS (mike) send a back up AEM to test to ensure its 100% the AEM that went out.

At this point I have the new AEM installed, but I have a generic OBD2 to Serial with an adapter. At first it wouldn't recognize the port, fixed that. But now when I key on (Fuel pump primes meaning the AEM is online) the AEM Pro won't connect, it says ECU Offline. I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

I read somewhere you can cut the OBD2 cable and get the three wires you need to pin them into the OBD to get it work but I really do not want to do this.

Any help would be appreciative.
