Under dash fusebox

So i went to wire in a trigger wire for my external oil pump for the turbo setup and this fuse box is literally just laying on the panel below that is mounted steering wheel. I'd have to assume this thing should be mounted somewhere, but i didn't see any signs of where it mounted TO. if anyone has any info or can enlighten me as to if there should be some sort of bracket for this thing or perhaps how it was originally mounted id appreciate it. Unfortunately i have no point of reference here.

Pull the pedal adjuster knob, take the knee blocker panel off and have a look. Quite likely someone didn't put the screws back in when they were messing around in the car's earlier life.

Looks like some broken tabs at the bottom of the fuse box im assuming thats where the mounting holes were for this thing to be screwed into something else..

FYI,

All that crap is much easier with the seat removed. 2 screws and 4 nuts.
