Stailed Wheel from Tire Dressing

I stained my wheel from using tire dressing before a long road trip...Any ideas how to get it off? Ive tried the usual.......

Have you tried all purpose cleaner or Simple Green? WD40 may be my next recommendation...

Meguiars swirlX or their ultimate compound. I've also heard Easy-Off oven cleaner has work for some people. I would start with the Meguiars products first.
