Factory valve spring open & closed load numbers? Stock cam - RPM for valve float?

What is the factory valve spring open and closed load numbers? Gen 2, any year is fine (assuming spring package is same across all years).

What rpm for valve float with the factory valve springs? I *think* the lobes are the same 708 = creampuff (though different LSA / ICL) so year shouldn't matter.

Thanks
