Anyone ever try adjusting the geometry?

If you moved the bar farther away from the pivot it would shorten the clutch throw...

I just know whoever designed that bird cage clip should be beat on. I was looking at the shaft after I got it off and I swear it looks like you could just put a regular cotter pin on it, that sure would have been a hell of a lot easier to get off.
