I am going to be selling my Viper this Spring/Summer. What is your opinion on a fair price? Listed below are the details. I was thinking of asking $22,500 OBO. ViperMania windows not included. Stock wheels included but they have no tires on them.
1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 with 47,000 miles. The car has a Clean Title and never been in an accident. I have owned the car for the past three years with no problems in the 7,000 miles I have driven it. I am the fourth owner and the previous owner had the car for 8 years. When I bought the car it was completely stock. I have made a few minor modifications/upgrades, which you can see below. Only reason I am selling is I don’t have the time to drive and could use the extra money. I have babied this car over the past 3 years and it was only used as a nice weather weekend cruiser. Overall it is a nice car for its age, gets tons of attention.
• 2000 Gts wheels (Original rims included (no tires)
• Roe Racing smooth tubes
• K&N air filters
• Custom Magnaflow exhaust
• Mopar Performance Spark Plug wires (and new plugs)
• Red top Optima battery (1 year old)
• Only ran Mobil One full synthetic and was changed every 2,500 miles.
Needs new tires. I bought the rims last year with tires that needed to be replaced.
A/C dose not work. Wasn’t working when I got it and I never looked into it because only drove on nice days with the top off.
Clutch sometimes feels “light or spongy” after hard acceleration. May just need a fluid change or a slave/master cylinder change. The car does still have the original clutch. Clutch itself feels very good with no slipping at all.
There are some scratches on the trim round the windshield from the soft top
The side exhaust sills have some bubbling (very common) and one side has a spot about the size of a half dollar where paint flaked off (see pic)
There is a very slight “wave” in the paint on the driver side rear quarter panel.
