Question Gen 1 ECU Readings for Fuel/Timing?

Trying to diagnose an issue, and before posting problems I want to understand all sensors on this car to see if it could be as easy as a sensor. I am interested to see what the OEM Gen 1 Viper ECU reads off of to set base maps. There aren't a lot of sensors on these cars, and OBD1 is kind of primeval... So I want to know which sensors set fuel/timing.

-o2 sensors
-MAP
-throttle position
-intake temp
-crank position

Does the ECU stop taking any sensors into consideration when in open loop/closed loop fueling?

Thanks!
