02 gts heads cam exhaust upgrades

Im looking for info on what would be a good set of heads and cam to go with. Hard to find shops that have parts or maybe im just looking in the wrong places. Heard alot of the jm striker heads yet i cant find a place that actually sells them direct. I found packages from rollingthunderz which they are very friendly and helpful just i want to makes sure that i get the absolute most hp for the money. Im also looking to upgrade the exhaust and and intake also throttle bodies. So any info on these things would be appreciated any websites etc... And any suggestion on any other item that would provide more hp short of forced induction. Thanks
