I still think the $$$ is nucking futz, but no doubt the car performs awesome
I think the prices are a celebration of capitalism. If people are willing to pay it, more power to him. Some will find the pricing above what they're willing to swallow and John will lose business. He has the right to find that sweet spot for himself. These are luxury items, not charity or life-sustaining ones and, therefore, the pricing may not match reality. John's not the only guy charging silly money for minimal things. Doesn't Ferrari charge like 750 bucks to change the thread color in your seats? Hell, most companies charge a lot to take things off the car. All the lightweight versions cost more money, even though they are simply removing sound systems, decals etc.
Ferrari is charging 4-5k for an oil change!
Funny how most of their Clients are from the Middle East....wonder where they got all this $$????!!!!
Someone I know was just over there for business and said the prices comes out to less than a buck a gallon for premium, around 50-60 cents a gallon when he was there. And the craziest thing was I guess earlier this year it was a little higher and they actually mandated price cuts b/c Dubai, Saudi etc all said gas prices were getting to high there
